At REMplenish, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip identifying your return authorization.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
